Cannot add "silence sounds" to lockscreen pulley menu in 3.0.0.5

I used "silence sounds" in the lockscreen pulley menu in previous versions all the time, but now with 3.0.0.5 that disappeared from the menu and there is no way to add it back.

We have all quick actions, including "silence sounds", missing from lockscreen pulley – edit: since we can access them from topmenu.

I think a global silence switch (independent from ambiences) is missing anyways. The switch on the lock screen was a first step, but I would like to also have it in the top menu so I can reach it from everywhere.
