As of 3.0.0.5, it seems like the ringtones I've set in Settings -> Sounds and feedback don't do anything anymore, and the default Jolla sounds are used. The sounds work fine when selecting them, but it looks like the settings are no longer used at all.

What appears to be happening is that as soon as you select an ambience that has its own ringtones (such as Jolla's ambiences), these ringtones remain set even if you switch to a different ambience that doesn't have its own ringtones.

Actually, it looks like ambiences are now supposed to set ringtones, and the Sounds and feedback page has become useless. If you set an ambience that has its own sounds, the sounds on the Sounds and feedback page will be changed to reflect that ambience's sounds (albeit with some bugs). Changing the ringtones on the Sounds and feedback page doesn't do anything anymore.

Ambiences always added their own ringtones. (Which I think is a bug, but that's an issue on its own).

What really annoyed me about ambiences was they would "forget" their settings if you switched between them. Because of this for silent I would slide the volume to 0

Yes, but they would only use their own ringtones if they were in use, and use the ringtones from Sounds and feedback if the ambience didn't have its own ringtones. Now, the ringtones from Sounds and feedback aren't used anywhere, and once an ambience sets its own ringtones, those will be the ones you hear until you change to a different ambience that sets its own ringtones. It's actually somewhat better than before, it's just that the Sounds and feedback page is now useless as it doesn't affect anything.
