(3.0.0.5) call recorder not working on j1

well the title pretty much explains it all, the native call recorder option is not working anymore on the j1, i get the first recording which is just a 1 second recording and completely silent and after that i cannot record calls anymore till i reboot the phone to have the same story all over again
don't know for the xperia x but this feature seems to be working on the jc...
This bug is also present in 3.0.0.8

Now we will have to check after each update if it breaks important functionalities like the call recorder, so we are aware of the problem and we can use an alternative recorder before we get an important call.
