Arrangement of contacts containing special characters [duplicate]

In contacts app, you would expect to find a special character after its normal version. For example the german letter ö directly after o, at the moment entries with the letter ö are arranged after z.

logical as long as your native language doesn't use those "special" characters. Swedish uses å, ä and ö. They come after z.

In the German alphabet you would expect that yes, but in the Finish alphabet this is normal.
