[update] HL Keyboard remove failed [JP1]

Update: After I reinstalled the WlanKeyboard App and waiting 2 days I tried the update again. It was working. But the situation don't changed - It is not possible to remove the app/icon HL Keyboard
I tried to upgrade from 3.0.0.5 to 3.0.0.8 and I get this error:
