The instructions say "NOTE 1: Windows 10 PowerShell requires the commands in the following way, e.g. “.\fastboot.exe devices”
It would be helpful to have more detail here of the actual commands required. Many are likely to be familiar with command line but not PowerShell. More detail on the exact format of the entry for the unlock key would also be helpful.
The note says: Use the unlock key from chapter 4.0. Do not forget to add the ‘0x’ prefix.
Clarity on whether this is a zero x or Ox would be helpful
Zero x followed directly by what numbers Sony gave you. No brackets.
As for the Win10 command line, no idea. Make sure you extracted everything in one directory and the shell prompt is right there. Use cd (or changedir?) to change directories there to.
