Camera layer from Lock screen pulley

It would be nice if we can open Camera layer just from the Lock screen pulley. No need to an additional gesture.
Currently one can quick access to Camera from Settings | Gestures. It's also possible to select Camera as a pulley menu entry in Settings | Lock screen. I believe both should have the same functionality.
