Firefox nightly with Wayland support
I just read on oswnews that Firefox now comes with Wayland Support out of the box. I wonder if this could be helpful on Jolla Communites way to update the browser? Who has more insight? It would be cool if they could update the engine.

Firefox 60 (or so) switched from XPCOM to WebExtensions API, so this is another story. New API should be adopted. And it's the main problem.
