Jolla OTG chinese keyboard issue for Sailfish 3.0

If you use original virtual keyboard, it can support chinese inupt method. But if i connect my jolla tablet using a OTG cable to a real keyboard, it can only support english, not any chinese pinyin input method available any more Is it a bug to the system or is there some other way that i can handle this issue?
