Code Signing Issues (objsign-ca-bundle.pem empty)

XperiaX, 3.0.0.8 - For unknown reasons the list under Settings|Certificates|Code-Signing Certs remains empty.
When doing update-ca-trust extract the file /etc/pki/ca-trust/extracted/pem/objsign-ca-bundle.pem is touched, but has still 0 bytes size afterwards.
Compared with a working Jolla this file should contain something.
I guess that's the reason for not beeing able to do installations from Openrepos and not beeing able to access the Jolla Store (App dies during start).
Any hints how to solve this?
