Suggestion 1 Currently (Sailfish3) calendar offers pre-set calendar reminder options. From the look of it they are the same as in android? i.e. at event, 5min, 10min, 15 min, 30min, 1hr, 2hr, 1day and 2 days.

A more flexible / adaptable alternative would be that a user can dynamically select any time he or she feels necessary. In other words keep the current alternatives and add half a day AND a customisable alternative.

Suggestion 2 Add capability to export / import entire calendar (or at least select up to 10 events) to share via bluetooth with (at least) other Jolla-phone. The current sharing via bluetooth of one event at a time works nicely enough (perhaps fewer steps would be practical), but in general: no-issue, beyond having to share events one-by-one.

Yes, a serious calendar app is unusable without this feature IMO. One of the purposes of a calendar reminder for an appointment is to tell you to stop what you are doing and do what is needed to keep the appointment on time. Pre-set reminder times are pretty useless for that. My solution is to use aCalendar+ and DAVDroid/CalDAV, and sync the Sailfish calendar to the same CalDAV account. The Sailfish calendar then respects the custom reminder times that have been set with aCalendar+ and plays the selected notification sound. This is not a solution for SFOS installations without Android support of course, and it would be better if the Sailfish calendar was more functional. I suspect that the pre-set reminder times have something to do with MS Exchange: I used MSE briefly in the past, and with that I couldn't customise reminder times at all, but maybe that has changed now.
