Initial delay while receiving incoming call

I am on Jolla 1 phone. After update to 3.0.0.8 I am experiencing difficulties while receiving incoming calls. What happens is that when I tap to answer the call, I have to wait for about 10 seconds until the phone speaker and mic are actually activated and I can hear what the party on other side says and they can hear what I am saying. This is very annoying, because some people are not patient enough and hang up on me.
When it is me who intiates a new call, speaker and mic are both activated right away. Anyone knows what can be done to remedy this situation?
