Rotate screen on shake

Usually you can lock screen to landscape and portrait mode or set it to auto rotate. But I sometimes need to rotate between landscape to portrait and vice versa on demand and keep the screen rotation locked. Is it possible to allow single rotation event (when rotation is still lock) with simple shaking of the phone in stead of turn on rotation, wait to rotate and lock rotation again? In other words: when the screen could be rotated and you shake the phone, then to be rotated.
