Hey, i realized that in the settings menu you can lock the screen vertically and horizontally, but through the new top menu, you can only lock in vertically, what i find somekind of weird. Does it have a certain reason? Am i doing something wrong? Or is this a bug. Thanks really much for confirming it.

Maybe an Xperia X issue? I again tried it, and can without problems lock it vertically but not horizontally, i also tried to turn it horizontally and lock it then, but it always just locks vertically. What am i doing wrong?

Do you have a rotation patch applied?, bearing in mind that some apps have rotation written into them, some don't, but a rotation patch will certainly throw things into disarray, just a thought.

I just realized my error the "desktop" is only lockable vertically but not horizontally, if you open in App, you can without problems lock the phone horizontally. But should by that logic the "desktop" not also be lockable horizontally, like you want your device to adapt to the environment

Full landscape support for non-tablet devices is, if I am not mistaken, planned for later update of Sailfish 3. Until then, you can only lock applications in landscape mode, not the whole OS (without patches).
