XA2 magnetometer and gyroscope do not work

Hello all,
I'm using SailfishX 3.0.0.8 on XA2 dual sim phone, only one sim is inserted. The CSD tool and the App Messwerk both show that magnetometer and gyroscope do not work.
I tested all sensors successful before installing Sailfish X (free version/trial version).
Any ideas? Do they ship the phone with sensors using closed software which is not available in the trial version? Are there tools I could try to make them work?
Gyros don't work for me either. And though I do get magnetometer readings in Messwerk, every compass app shows wrong headings.

lethe ( 2018-12-04 19:58:40 +0300 )editHello @lethe, thank you for the tip, Calibration attempts are completely in vain. Messwerk shows one enormus negatve value for X, and 0 for Y,Z and precision.

The values do not change, even if I wave the phone around for hours.
