XA2: half GPS speed [released]

My XA2 running SailfishOS 3.0.0.8 displays wrong spreed in GPS apps. It seems like it is divided nearly to the half number. This was tested with Pure Maps and GPS info and Pitot. Can anyone confirm this?

Edit: unit is km/h.

I just checked the source code and there is a unit conversion bug in the location middleware code for Android 8 based devices. I'll create a fix for the issue.

The fix doesn't seem to have gotten into 3.0.2.8 😞 do you think it gets into the next release?

It was supposed to be in 3.0.2.8 but for some unknown reason XA2 release still has the old package version even when other devices have the newer version. Sorry about that.

Cannot find anything in the change log for 3.0.3.8. So it still doesn't seem be fixed. Couldn't check GPS since the upgrade to 3.0.3.8 yet.
