[bug] Connmand process in high loading

I have experienced a high load of my X first time in UK when I am inside hotel with a weak sim signal. Due to the weak 4G signal, so I switched to use the hotel wifi, the 4G signal went down to 3G with very weak signal. At the moment, my X is my hot, and I found the connmand is keeping in high loading. I havent got this problem when I am in Hong Kong, just experienced this hotel after I travel to UK. Please kindly read the attached journal log.
