display out of control during phone call [duplicate]

Hello everybody,

when I make a phone call with my XA2 plus, the display becames dark and there is no way to interact with the "phone" application for, in example, stopping the outgoing phone call. It happens the same when I receive a phone call and so I cannot quit it: every time I touch the screen it flashs for an instant and it becames dark again.

Am I the only SFOS3's user with this feature?

No, this behaviour is known. Search for "proximity sensor" and "XA2" on here. They said it will be fixed in the next update. For now, you can triple press the power button to reset the proximity sensor when your screen turns dark on a phonecall again. Otherwise, it is recommended to regularly restart your phone which also fixes the sensor problem for now.
