Run script/prompt while boot

My Xperia with Sailfish X has the strange behavior to not connect to any network after boot. No mobile network. Neither phone nor internet is possible. Only after restarting ofono with the prompt devel-su systemctl restart ofono phone and internet is connected. I'm now looking for a way to autostart this prompt when booting the phone. Is this possible?
Wouldn't it be better to fix the reason for the bug rather than create a workaround...?
