Hi,

after upgrading to SFOS X 3.0.1.11, all fingerprints where gone. Adding a new fingerprint only works once, adding a second fingerprint results in an error. Also I can register one fingerprint successfully, the device cannot be unlocked using fingerprint sensor.

Is anyone experiencing the same? Device is Xperia X single sim.

Been fine for me - actually better than 3.0.0.8, when I would experience a sort of degrading sensitivity - the fingerprint would unlock fine after initially setting it, but over the course of days it would be more and more 'unrecognized' to the point where I would have to remove it and set a new one, then it would be fine again. Hasn't been happening since update.

"Works for me" is not an answer but a comment.

Have you tried the hard way? Moving /var/lib/sailfish-fpd/templates/user.db out of the way and readd fingerprints?

That did solve the issue. Strange, it worked flawlessly until I upgrade to 3.0.1.

I only got the phone to unlock one time, after that prints were gone and I can't add new ones. Might be hardware related , bummer
