Start button not working while telephone call [duplicate]

Hi, I have a Problem with SOFS. While a telephone call the display turns black and if I push the start button to turn the display on, the display actually turns on, but it turns off immediately after. So quick, that it is not possible to end a telefoncall or do something else. It would be great, if someone can help me, because it's quite annoying.
The phone is a XA2 Dual Sim with SFOS 3.0.1.11. Thanks Joris

There is a problem with the proximity sensor.
