Bluetooth 'Devices nearby' ('Enheter i närheten' in Swedish) stuck forever from previous search/scan. I don't see how I can delete/remove them manually. Sony Xperia SFOS 3.0.1.11. Not this problem on my Jolla 1.

Via terminal:
devel-su
cd /var/lib/bluetooth/<MAC address>

I had this issue as well one year ago.
Thank you for your answer. I'm sure it works. I activated dev mode and remote connection (to set root pwd) and really tried to delete those folders in /var/lib/bluetooth/ (as dev-su) but neither 'rm', 'rd', or 'del' worked, and searching for 'remove' or 'delete' here to try to find the right commande... No, it is is too complicated for me, I'm just a regular user (more or less), I guess I'll have to live with this.

So:
devel-su
cd /var/lib/bluetooth/<MAC address>
/var/lib/bluetooth/<MAC address> rm -r name_of_directory
The most powerful command however would be "rm -Rf".
Don't forget to switch off/on Bluetooth afterwards. Hope it is more clear now ;)

pawel ( 2019-01-20 14:54:07 +0300 )editNo, it's not one of the 'Paired devices' ('Ihopparade enheter' in Swedish), it's the list below that, with the devices you find when you do a scan, they never go away, though I never scan for devices (because I've paired with the only device I use).
