Sony Xperia XA2 Plus Dual SIM unlock issues [answered]
Hi, I am trying to unlock my Xperia XA2 Plus Dual SIM and am miserably failing on both Ubuntu and MacOS.
On Ubuntu I use the Ubuntu android-tools-fastboot tools.
sudo fastboot devices gives me the following output:
CQ30013MXH fastboot
However, a sudo fastboot -i 0xfce oem unlock
(with the proper unlock code preceded by 0x) gives me:
... FAILED (remote: Command not allowed) finished. total time: 0.097s
Use a USB 2.0 port or a put a USB 2.0 hub between your computer and your phone.

Ok, this was PEBCAK: I had allowed for USB bootlocker unlocks in the developer settings.
