First off, there are lots of ideas that can help Jolla, including, teaming up with other companies to make hardware for their phone. One company, including Samsung, as they do everything for when it comes to processors, motherboards, and displays. Both companies should get half salary. My first idea for a phone would be a 5.3" phone with a stylus, and advanced features alongside that. It should have front facing speakers, as I love the original design to the jolla phone, and that phone has enough bezel to have front speakers. Specs should be: Priced 400$ 5.3" 1440p amoled display Exynos octa 4/8gb ram 12mp ois camera+ depth sensor My second idea is to put the ambient light sensor to work. What this means, is that as it detects light change, of course it will dim the display, but also change the ambiance of the OS to fit with the lighting environment. My third idea is to have different price points, and features. There should be a pro phone with a qwerty keyboard for people who want to do work on the road, a party cased phone with lights on the back, a phone for people that want a budget device, a phone for people that do lots of hiking, and finally a phone for people that like style. This should all be configurable on the jolla website. My last idea is on the budget phone. It should have somewhat low specs to keep the price of building the phone low. It should also be kind of small. Specs are: 4.3" 540p display 8/5mp camera with software stabilization Exynos quad 1.5ghz 1.5gb ram

I hope jolla also makes these phones compatible in most places, and networks, including US, Europe, etc. and allows carriers such as Sprint/At&T/T-Mobile etc. If you need any help, contact me back! PLEASE READ In case you didn't read the article, I said that they should team up with other companies to make the hardware for them, and to apply jolla's design, like what HTC did with palm before they earned enough money to make their own hardware! If that doesn't work, then raise money or make a gofundme or something.

You already started the same thread before. This is unfortunately not how Jolla works. You have nice ideas, but Jolla doesn't specify hardware specs, they make an OS for existing phones. I am not closing this, because why not share ideas. But I guess it will not help a lot.
