Hello,
I want to install banking app from the default store (Sailfish X Beta). Since it is money sensitive, how much I can trust that this is the original from google store and is there any way to download the installation apps from google store in order to prevent such worries.

I don't know how trustworthy the default android store is but you could install Yalp Store from F-droid. Yalp Store downloads apps from Google store so they are fine. F-droid is in default android store or you can download it from their website.
@vatman Have you checked if you can download apk from banks website?

Other than that, it's completely anonymous, as it uses the generic Yalp Store login which is enabled by default. That means you share the login with everyone who use the default login, and thus it's hard(er) to pick you out.
Still, if you use microG, all your personal identifiable information have already been stripped from the Play Store request, which is also sent encrypted.
If you think Yalp's UI looks a little outdated, try Aurora Store - also available through F-Droid. Aurora is a fork of Yalp, just with a prettier and more intuitive UI.

If you are talking about Aptoide (it's simply called 'Store' with a green icon if you download it from the Jolla Store), it's less of a store and more of a marketplace. Everyone can create their own 'store' on Aptoide with their own applications. If you download from the store called 'apps', it's guaranteed to be safe. If you download from other stores, you have to trust whoever created that store, although I think Aptoide also checks for malware either way.

You could try a browser extension ( like: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search/?q=apk&appver=&platform= ), but as I read they need a device ID and your google play login/password. This is just an idea, never tried it mysef, but it may be quite secure, since you can check the extension's source code and see from where it is truly download the apk and how.
