xa2 android apps connection problems [duplicate]

I figured out a punch of problem with the android runtime on XA2 plus dualsim Following Apps works fine with wifi but not with mobile connection

  1. Telegram
  2. Öffi
  3. fdroid
  4. the aptoide store client from jolla store

Following apps does't get any connection

  1. Fahrinfo

But this is not a general problem following apps works just fine i wifi and mobile mode

  1. Threema
  2. apkpure
  3. signal
  4. Urban Sports Club

I will update this treat... Any ideas are welcomed, all this apps works fine with sailfish 3 on a xperia x phone...
