Sailfish App for Ring / Jami chat [duplicate]

Hi,

Is there somewhere a Sailfish port available for the Jami app [2]. The gnome client [1] is based on Qt, so it should be possible to port this to Sailfish. It would be even better if it would be integrated into Sailfish as true open source iMessage like functionality.

Are there ideas like this or pointers to existing source code to get started?

See also my 'answer' to the question. It's all technically possible, even integrating everything into the Messages application through Telepathy, but someone has to do it.
