Appointment with zero duration [duplicate]

Since 3.0.1. it is not possible anymore to add appointments with no duration to the native calender app, i.e. appointment with the exact same start and end time. This was allowed in earlier versions.

I don't see any reason behind that, because there is no (obvious) dependency that requires to block that behavior now. Additionally the recent beavior gave the user the ability to manage appointments in a task like manner, which usually have rather a due date and no duration.

Of course it's not the end of the world to have an appointment of 1 min duration in the calendar, but I would call this at least a slight regression or shortcoming in the new version 3.0.1. onwards. Maybe this could be backported to the 2.x.x. standard in one of the next updates.
