  1. Open gallery
  2. Tap on any image
  3. Zoom in on the image

There is no visual indication that I cannot activate the pulley menu. In fact, I don't know what magnification level I am at so I am constantly tapping on the image in the hope of showing the sharing menu at the top (Bluetooth, E-Mail, Facebook etc).

I have to zoom back to 100% magnification to be able to do this and again there is no visual indication that I have transitioned back to 100% zoom state.

Request that a visual indication be added (perhaps by flashing the image negative momentarily on top of the normal image) to let the user know they have reached 100% magnification or the max magnification value.

Furthermore, while you are in a magnification value above 100%, the pulley menu should be made accessible. A suggestion for implementing this 1. Double tap on the image while it is in a zoom-ed in state. 2. That would push the image down and show a space at the top of the screen consistent with what is in the gallery now when the image is at 100% magnification level i.e. where you see the choices for sharing the image (Bluetooth, Facebook, Email etc).

3. While in this view, the preview on the image at the bottom stay in the last magnification level.

ALTERNATIVELY, make the pulley menu ALWAYS accessible in the gallery app when you are viewing an individual image (whether at 100% magnification level or more).

Again, this can be achieved, perhaps, by double tapping the image at any zoom level. Doing so would immediately push the image down to the second half of the screen and reset its magnification level to 100%.

Also I think the user experience should be similar in gallery and email. When zooming in on email the double tapping sort of does what was requested here but illogically it's not possible to step back.

So I think this is not just only gallery problem.
