Does Sailfish support Java or Java-files? Or can Sailfish OS IDE handle .java files or do I have to rewrite these to something else? Is there Bluetooth related Sailfish documentation available?

Java is not officially supported and bundling a java module in an app would be at least not trivial. For Bluetooth see https://doc.qt.io/qt-5.6/qtbluetooth-index.html
