1) How to clean "Trash folder"

Not possible, according to my experience.
From email app, swype down (like you did in the tutorial, for an incoming call) and select "Select emails", trash simbol should appear on bottom left.

It's possible to clean "trash folder", do as for point 2, they dissapear from trash

yes, but you cant emty.zrash folder.or any folder with one clixk.
