Since you asked for "clues", here is one:

I think they are experiencing a technical showstopper they have to solve. Usually the updates are released around one or two weeks after the Official L10n string translations, which was at 10th February for 3.0.2.

@jahonen commented in the referred question on 4th March:

Hi, Thanks for your message! We are already testing the new release with Cbeta testers, but we cannot give any definite dates as yet. Please have some more patience! Thanks.

So far for the clues. I would say: any day :)

i just wonder how the 3.0.1 is stable on xa2 (not ironically thought ) :-)

As every time it would have been great to hear something about it from Jolla. I understand that communication costs time, but some customers here are following you as closely as possible Jolla, give them some news ;)

You get nothing? you get something by Official L10n string translations, and by early access. don't you? is it not enough? then i propose to become a cbeta tester, thus you get more info from jolla. But you're expected to test things and give reports, etc (don't know what a cbeta tester is expected to do)...

Thats not the point. It's just about communication and information. That would also enhance the possibility to get some more attention from news sites. Translation strings are not an official statement.
