Hi,

I have a XA2 and I installed last week Sailfish 3. Everything workes fine, but I can't find the android support service in Jolla store.

I'm logged in with my account and I bought a licence...

Can you help?

Have you updated to SailfishOS to version 3.0.1.14?

Yes, I have V3.0.1.14

I got an answer from support, problem solved:

"The licence is tied to Jolla account which purchased the licence. When signing in to this Jolla account from an Xperia device the licence becomes also tied to the IMEI code of the device. Hence the licence is valid on one device and one Jolla account. The licence cannot be transferred from one device model to another but they all need a separate licence.

After you have signed in from your Xperia to this same Jolla account the licensed content becomes available in Jolla Store in category 'Jolla'. Restarting the device may be required in some cases - this is the first remedy for you if there are issues in seeing the content.
