Well i think the title pretty much explains everything, i get the notification but then no screen is saved...

Did you look into ~/Pictures/Screenshots folder?

Mmm seems they are on the screenshots folder, should refresh tracker then

Same issue here. Screenshot was captured, but media database was not updated. Settings / Utilities / Clear Tracker database helps...

Was just going to post that :)
