[BUG] Setting->Data Counters (Always Calculating) [released]

Open Settings -> Data Counters
At the first time the page is displayed normally. But if we go back to the Settings, and reopen the Data Counters page, it displays the "Calculating" placeholder. If we close the Settings application, and reopen it, in first time the Data Counters page is displayed normally again.
P.S. and stats of celluar are zero (its not true)

occurring since 3.0.2.8, apparently on all supported platforms (judging by comments left)

Update: in 3.1.0.11 on XA2 as well as X the same bug, still not fixed.
In some cases (Jolla 1, X) the counter now even stays on zero all the time.

Update 2: in 3.2.0.12 on XA2+ still not fixed, Bug reproduce video

Seems in 3.2.1.19 its fixed ( i try many times, now its work normal)

The fix for this issue is included in OS version 3.1.0.11 and verified to work in our internal tests.

Data counter for mobile data on Xperia Xa2 (3.1.0.11) always shows 0 B. This is definitely not correct. Data counter on Xperia X (3.1.0.11) works. For wlan it works on both devices.

Data counters also not working on original Jolla device. Current Sailfish version 3.1.0.11
