Hello,

I recently updated my Jolla smartphone for version 3.

When I try to access “Settings”, “Sailfish OS updates” or “Storage” I get the “Could not load page” message.

I can not access to system updates, nor SD card installation, etc.

Does someone know how to fix it?

Regards,

Show screenshot what you mean, also start jolla-settings in terminal and show output when error occurs

This may be caused be a Patchmanager Patch. Try unapplying all Patches in Patchmanager (e.g. per its top pulley entry or as root at the command line per patchmanager --unapply-all), reboot (or restart lipstick / the GUI) and check if the issue persists.

I had a similar issue, that Settings -> Display always emitted a "Could not load page" on an Xperia X under SFOS 3.0.2, and am now re-applying the Patches one by one to determine which one is causing this (unapplying all Patches did help in my case).

P.S.: If a Patch is the reason for your issue, too, please do notify the author of this Patch about it.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I'm not able to follow the way you explain. Iḿ thinking on reinstall all system from factory stage. Regards,

If you never heard of Patchmanager (i.e., have not installed and used it), never mind; in this case my answer was completely off-topic.
