Seems that not everything yet fixed with mobile networking and android support on xa2. Skype pefectly works on wifi networking, but completely fails on mobile data. Other tested apps like APKPure, Yandex Alice, Clash Royale, Russian Post works both on wifi and on mobile.

The same for Netflix, works fine on wifi, fails on mobile data.

Same for "Conversations" (XMPP/Jabber client). On mobile data it always shows "no Internet connection", but works fine over Wifi. (Sailfish 3.0.3.8)

Sometimes toggling flight mode and restarting the apps helps me. But it's anoying anyway!

Yet the problem persists for newer 3.0.3.9. Some android apps are not seeing the mobile network, but work perfect on wifi

Seems the problem got reverted and mutated now on 3.0.3.10:

Skype works both on wifi and mobile data, but always reconnect on wifi.
Aliexpress and Yandex apps now not working on wifi (shows no connection) but perfectly works on mobile data.
Russian Post app and Clash Royale works both on mobile and wifi.

Anyway skype is not working in background and closes itself if closed main activity. No notifications on any messages there even if activity is not closed.

Try closing it by hitting the back button, this is what I used to do on WhatsApp to keep the background service running, it might work for Skype as well

Seems that skype stays working in background, but no notifications from it even if I get any messages.
