ask to decrypt sdcard on startup

If a encrypted SD card is inserted, there is a very high chance people will actually wanna use it. And it's easy to forget it's encrypted. It would be great if the device could ask you to decrypt the card after it's been rebooted.

We're working on improvements on the encrypted device handling. At this very moment I think that those enablers could eventually be used for asking password also for the encrypted sd card during device boot. Let's see how things evolve there.
