I am using Xa2 Plus H4493, when I connect my earphone Sony IER-H500 to my phone, the ringtone going down to silence automatically, at this moment if I vol+, the bar can go up, but It still going down itself without click vol-
PS: This behaviour only happened if i havent play music/video, or in phone call. If i playing music/video, phone call, this issue wont be happen.

You could try other earphones if it occurs on them too? I've got some Skullcandy earphones and haven't faced up any kind of issues with volume control on XA2 running on Hossa
