ginlo (simsme) unable to install

I want to install the german messenger Ginlo (Simsme) on my Xperia xa2 with os 3.0.3.10 and aliendalvik. Following message occure "can't install package at /data /app/dev.de......". This message was already present with older versions. Other android apps working perfect (InG banking, Telegram, Whatsapp). Any idea to solve this Problem .

You need Google play services? In the apk file there are a lot of classes from firebase-analytics and play services (-ads, -analytics....). Some dependencies can not be resolved?

In German : Sei froh dass es nicht läuft. Das Versprechen von "privacy" wird nicht erfüllt.
