Sms to a wrong number?

Could you please describe the steps in more detail, we could try to reproduce it

It's annoying feature that conversation stays open even though you close the messages app. Then in a hurry open the app again and you write the message straight to the conversation which was last time active and it was ment to be sent to someone else. There's no problem when closing the app from the messages "main window".

I had couple of weeks ago such problem. A message was sent to multiple persons which I had communicated recently. (I reported the problem to Jolla).

This happened to me right now, so terrible embarrasing, I'm terribly upset, so much that I got headache. (Yes it's true)

Earlier my wife sended an sms to me and I called her cell phone back but she didn't answered so I opened up the sms conversation with her and replied. Then her work colleague called her and told that my sms had been sended to her fixed work phone (not a cell phone) They had som function wich reads the sms in the their fixed phone.

We've double checked and I called her cellphone (my last call). My sms was a reply directly in the conversation to her cellphone, but somehow it ended up at her work and not the cellphone.

The contact had two different numbers with following description: (translated from swedish) 1. Personal, Cellphone 2. Work, Fixed phone

Now I made two different contacts one for her cellphone (lets call it "wife") and one for her workphone ("wife's job") , and of course, the conversation title is "wife" and "wife's job".

I also got a similar problem. I've got one contact for my mum and one for my dad, both contacts contains one cellphone number (different numbers) and their fixed phone mumber wich is the same for both contacts. The sms conversation title to my mum is both my mum and dads name, but only my mum get those sms:es. One time, by mistake I sent an sms to their fixed phone and after that the converstion shows both names.

All my contacts is synced both ways with google.
