After unlocking the XA2 I want to follow the flashing directory of Sailfish for MacOS. Step 5 is getting the Sony binary Images. However downloading this Sony file does not work on my MacBook. How to solve this?

On Mac OSX 10.14.5 using Safari no issue with either download after accepting Sony terms and conditions and filling in "Captcha".

Do you by any chance have some kind of no-script installed?

Puzzled here as got SW_binaries_for_Xperia_Android_8.1.6.4_r1_v17B_nile.zip 92.1MB and SW_binaries_for_Xperia_Android_8.1.6.4_r1_v16_nile.zip 92.4MB from link text and link text)

Each time when I download this on my Mac, the wheel on Sony's download page keeps turning. The download succeeds, but it appears in Finder as a 'disk copy' , not as a zip file and I cannot open it. A pop up appears: 'not recognized' when I try to open it.

Thank you for reacting. Of course I first accepted Sony's terms and did ReCaptcha, , several times, so I have fed Google with some data. After removing material blocking for that website on my computer, a download came, but it is only a 'disc copy' and I cannot open it. Is it a Windows file? I haven't installed a no-script, not that I am aware of.
