Adapt the user defined ringtone feature from Android
I personally like to have different ringtones for different people and I have seen this feature in AOSP/Lineage/CarbonROM/ResurrectionRemix.
Would it be possible to add this function in the next Sailfish release?
You could do something like this to set it.
A. Open the screen, swipe up from the bottom to show installed apps, go to settings, click on Audio and feedback, have a feature to enable by the user called "Activate ringtones for special contacts" or something similar.
B. Open the screen, swipe up from the bottom to show installed apps, go to the Music app or any other player that plays the music on your phone, then look for your prefered song, hold and press down on it and choose "Use this as a ringtone for a contact" and then you enter the People app from there and then you choose which people you want to use it for.
Thanks!
I had this feature on my Ericsson T10s back in 1999.
