Fixed now, The update had not started, I tapped the update bar too quickly. did it again,properly selecting the update bar, and went OK.

!totally not a good advice!
Dang, you have a lot of patience. After an hour of sony logo I've held power button for ~20 sec to restart and flash from PC. It instead rebooted to a sailfish progress bar and finished updating. Go figure.
