Sailfish Contacts show up in Android Apps, Calenders not.
Question : Will Android calendars be available again with Sailfish X? (not solved in 3.2.1.20)
Nobody else need this funktion?
The Dalvik of Jolla 1 shows caldav calendars (via DAVx5) without any problems.

Yes, this is the same behavior of the actual alien dalvik stack. There is no calendar and no address book support. I tried synchronization between Nextcloud and DAVX5 Android app. Even the Davx5 synchronization worked the lower layer does not support calendar nor address book access. There is some missing layer to interact between the Android apps to exchange the needed data.
It would be very nice if this support will be integrated. It is not necessary to interact between SFOS and the Alien Dalvik stack, but it should work inside the Alien Dalvik implementation. This is one of users most missing things for every day life needs. Thank you for caring of it. :-)

oh yes it's needed very much indeed and might make me go back to android or lineage or something else.

CalDAV/CardDAV with Sailfish native client works, CardDAV sync with K9/Aliendalvik as well after having installed DAVx5. Everything works fine but CalDAV sync to Etar. Kind regards, mib
