Have no Android app support on xa2 after Seitseminen update

I have the newest Sailfish OS update ( on my Xperia xa2 and i still can't install Android apps on my phone. If I try to install aptoid from the Jollastore, or manual the apk. it doesn't work. Installing untrustworthy apks ist enabled. That should work now, or did I misunderstand something? Other improvements like fingerprint sensor are working fine. I'm sorry about my bad english writing skills. Thank you for the answere.

No, but if I'm looking for android support at the store, I don't find any android support to install. I bought this phone from the Jolla-device store, Sailfish X was allready installed. Maybe they just installed the free trial version without Android support. But I can't see any note about a free trial version on "Product information" or where ever.

I have no idea why you can't find the android support in the Jolla-store. It should be there. But you wrote that there's no support "after" the update. Was there a support after you bought the phone? Maybe it helps to try a reset and install the support before updating the phone. Surely, there should be also a support after the update .... but it would be an attempt.

I never had Android support, I thought the reason was the Beta status. After the reset I'm using the older version (hossa) again, but I still can't find the android support in the Jolla store. Meanwhile I feel very stupid, but thank you very much for this quick response guys.

Even as sailfish for the Xa2 still had beta status, there was an Android support in the paid version. It really seems that you are using a free version. I do not think you have to feel stupid.
