Why is there no 60fps for recording video?

Sony has no restrictions on the camera after unlocking now. But why is the camera lacking so much versatility, such as 60fps,4k and AI in sailfish?

You may be able to do some of those things in Advanced Camera but in general many things are not exposed in the Jolla Camera application UI.
I also have my doubts as to whether 60fps and 4k recording is possible in the current middleware
