Hi everyone,
I think not only I but a lot of others keep their Jolla in a phone bag. When we want to know the current time, I think it's quite awkward to take out the whole phone. It would be great to tweak the clocks position to the top of the lock-screen, so that we only have to take out the phone a little bit, which is much faster. Any ideas on how to realize this are highly appreciated.

A solution would be a settings item to deactivate the proximity sensor (in a shell you wont trigger it if it is made of non conducting material) and to have the device rotate the lock-screen in your holding direction, I at least pull a device out the bottom of a soft-shell. This way you could trigger the screen with a double-tap without pulling it out completely. Also it would not matter how you like to put it away.
As this is no general use-case this has to be considered as optional only!

I have just noticed that the clocks position on the lock-screen has indeed changed to the top as default. I don't know when this happened (I'm on 1.1.9.28) but it's great! :D
just as a whole bunch of other things...must have overread that one ;)

What about turning around the phone before you take it out of the bag?
