no mobile data for most android apps on xa2 dual sim (h4113) under 3.1.0.11 [duplicate]

hello,
me again. after i couldn't find any solution and zendesk.jolla also dosn't respond i try it here again. most android apps have now internet access under mobiledata. threema and firefox interestingly can connect. all other don't. i waited till jolla said xa2 left beta and i reliy on most of those apps. was really disapointed that my xperia x won't have any updates regarding android and even allready bitter after my long journey with jolla 8couldn't ubderstand why we dropped hardware, specially oth... financed a tablet.. etc.) i bought myself a shiny xa2. i flashed it and now i can't even use it outside of my wifi...
any solutions? workarounds? hacks?
i read o2 germany is a problem, sadly i can't change my provider cause my contract gonna last... if anyone from jolla could tell me if i could ask o2 to provide diffrent settings etc...
any help highly appreciated.
