Problem of network connection after restart with national roaming on XA2 dual sim

Hi!
After entering PIN code, it often takes some time for finding the mobile network. Sometimes it never find one. Then activating second SIM card (which I haven't , I am using a SD card) and returning to SIM 1 works immediately!
I have seen some similar problems here(https://together.jolla.com/question/209532/track-down-mobile-data-issue-android-xa2-310/), but am not sure if they describe the same cause.
Version: 3.1.0.11 on XA2 dual sim, second slot used by SD card

This happens to me as well. Switching between SIM -slots doesn't always work and I've to reboot the phone again. My operator is DNA (in Finland), if that matters.
